Directions

Our physical location is 6408 Edsall Road Alexandria, VA on the ground floor above the MAS DC masjid.  Our school is still designated as “Washington Islamic Academy” (our former name) by some of the map programs.  There is plenty of parking available, except on Fridays during Jumaa Prayer time.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Coming north on Route 95, take the 395 (Henry G. Shirley Memorial Highway) in the direction of DC/ Baltimore and get off to the right at the first exit, which is labeled “Edsall Road.”  At the Y- stay on Edsall Road- do not go to Industrial area.  Our school is located on the left.

Coming south on the Capitol Beltway Route 95/495 get off on Edsall Road exit and follow the same directions.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

We are not far from the Van Dorn METRO station in Alexandria, VA on the blue line. Our area is called Bren Mar.

The 18F Springfield line Metrobus runs right in front of our school and there is a bus stop just before the parking lot. It can be caught from the Pentagon METRO station in Washington, DC.
